Online Coastguard Whakatāne Membership Application

Please complete all applicable fields and check carefully before submitting. You will not become a member of Coastguard Whakatāne until you have completed your membership application, paid your fees in full and have been formally accepted by the Board. However, in the meantime after paying your subscription, you are covered by membership benefits, assuming that the Board formally accepts your membership. Please note that there are no refunds if a member leaves or resigns. If a member’s subscription remains unpaid after three months from the time it is due for renewal, the member will be deemed to be unfinancial and loses all membership rights. A financial member is covered for our rescue services irrespective of what boat they may be on.

Note: Payment via Internet banking may by made to Whakatāne Volunteer Coastguard, Bank Account 03 0490 0168593 00. Payment can also be made by cash or by EFTPOS. Your membership will be activated after you have paid your fees and been formally accepted by the Board. If you wish to pay via credit card you may do so by utilising our online membership portal provided by Hello Club but there will be a transaction fee added to your total. If you are already a financial member and just want to change your details on-line you do not have to pay another subscription.
