Engine problem – 01/02/2018 – 11:04 to 13:00

A boat reported 2nm North of the Rangitaiki River Mouth with an engine problem and requested a tow back to Whakatane.  An unsuccessful All Stations call resulted in Whakatane Rescue being tasked to assist.  The vessel was located and taken under tow.  Both boats arrived safely back in the harbour.
