Engine problem – 7/1/2025 1308 to 1427 (2)

A boat with 2 POB reported North West of the Opotiki Mussel Farm with an engine problem and requested assistance. An All Stations call was made and a boat offered to help. The stricken vessel managed to get its engine started with the assistance of the boat responding to the All Stations call. Both boats returned safely to Whakatane. A big thank you to the Good Samaritan.
